San Antonio Leads the Nation in CyberPatriot Participation

San Antonio students were among participants in CyberPatriot XV, a national defensive cybersecurity competition. The city boasts the largest contingent of teams in the U.S., with 345 out of approximately 5,600 teams hailing from the San Antonio region.

“This is an incredible opportunity for us high school students to engage with industry representatives and explore what’s available,” said student Seyma Kilic. “Cybersecurity is a rapidly growing field with high demand.” Students were joined by their teachers, mentors, families, and over 20 private-sector, educational, and industry exhibitors.
